A routine with room for real life
A clear view of what you’ve done, and a little help deciding what comes next.
See effort-weighted training load against your 28-day baseline, with a forecast from saved sessions. Follow fitness goals and weekly consistency separately.
Choose your days, time, duration and run/walk mix. Plan the remaining week or select every day for a daily rhythm, then review before applying it.
When recent Health data supports it, running sessions include an estimated pace range alongside duration and conversational-effort guidance.
Bring your last 90 days of available runs, walks and hikes from Apple Health into one history. Browse by activity and connect workouts to planned sessions.
On supported iPhones, Apple’s on-device model helps explain your activity and shape plan drafts. Standard local planning is available without AI.
Work on consistency or cardio, your first 5K or 10K, or a running-pace baseline. Add and edit your own future sessions whenever you want.
Inside YARA!
Explore the app below. Scroll or swipe across for all five screens. Screenshots use sample data and standard local planning.

Personal by design
No YARA account, Health-data upload, remote AI service or analytics SDK. Your preferences, activity cache and plans are stored locally on your phone.
Apple Health access is optional and read-only. You can explore with sample data first.

YARA! is built for iPhone running iOS 26 or later. It is coming soon; App Store availability has not yet been announced. You can explore sample data without connecting Apple Health.
AI guidance needs an Apple Intelligence-compatible iPhone, Apple Intelligence enabled, a downloaded model that is ready, and a supported language and region. iOS 26 alone does not guarantee availability. The dashboard and standard local planning work without the model. There is no remote AI fallback.
YARA! reads existing running, walking and hiking workouts and their available effort ratings from Apple Health. It does not record workouts or request location or GPS routes. Record your activity with your usual workout app, then refresh Health data in YARA!.
YARA multiplies workout duration by available Health effort ratings and compares 7-day and 28-day daily averages. The dotted forecast estimates load from saved sessions. Missing ratings remain unknown. This is YARA’s calculation, not Apple Fitness’s exact score; higher load does not necessarily mean improved fitness.
When at least three usable runs from the last 28 days are available after a current Health refresh, YARA! uses their median whole-run pace as a starting point. Easy and brisk ranges are app estimates, not measured thresholds or race predictions. Terrain, stops, heat and fatigue matter, so conversational effort takes priority.
Check Health access and refresh the import. YARA! reads available workouts from the last 90 days. The optional Cardio Fitness connection reads existing VO₂ max records from the last 180 days; it does not measure or predict VO₂ max. Empty results can mean no records or inaccessible records, and the app cannot distinguish denied read access from an empty history.
Drafts revise the remaining current week. You review and apply each draft yourself; past activity is preserved. Saving new goals does not silently replace your plan.
